Realtors® and other Real Estate professionals who wish to know more
about Feng Shui and its relationship with Real Estate. All are
industry specific and are designed to support anyone in the field of
Real Estate who works with Feng Shui savvy clients.
Feng
Shui for Realtors® Six
(6) hours. Class Schedule
This course fulfills six (6) Continuing
Education Credits for the Alabama and Georgia Real Estate
Commissions. A three (3) hour class is fulfills three (3)
hours Continuing Education Credits for Tennessee Real Estate
Commission.
Knowledge
is power. The more you bring to the table as a Realtor®, the more valuable you become. There
is a growing population of individuals who are interested in Feng
Shui and they are incorporating that interest into their property
searches. This class was developed for Real Estate professionals.
Those who want to provide their clients with the property of their
dreams, whatever their beliefs. Anyone who deals with Real Estate
would benefit from taking this
course. You will walk away with a basic knowledge of Feng Shui, how
it relates to Real Estate and a basic understanding of what basic
features your clients want and why. This course is designed to
provide Real Estate professionals a foundation in Feng Shui. It is approved for six
(6) hours of continuing Ed in
Alabama, Georgia and three (3)
hours in
Tennessee.

Feng Shui considers many features of a home, office or building.
Features including floor plans, room size, the building's shape,
construction features and location of stairs, windows and doors have
a considerable impact the energy of the space in question. This
fundamental class introduces Real Estate professionals, architects,
builders, interior designers and others, to the philosophy, key
concepts, and benefits Classical Feng Shui provides. This course
deals with the structure only. The importance of land formations and
landscaping are offered in other courses.
