There is a fundamental structure to every consultation that includes
a comprehensive review of the building’s interior and exterior,
floor plan, the surroundings, the land plat, landscape, compass
directions, surrounding land formations, roads, neighboring

The findings are reviewed and analyzed based on Classical Feng Shui
principles. The results of the analysis are explained in detail and

are different types of Consultations based on different needs.
Consultations for an existing home are different than for
renovations or new purchases. Commercial and residential buildings
have different functions and characteristics, therefore, the
consultations are conducted to produce different outcomes.

townhouse. The focus is on identifying energy

and harnessing beneficial ones while avoiding

Classical Feng Shui can be used for commercial property,  corporate office, and land development. Classical Feng Shui for a
Commercial
environment is quite different from
residential. While the focus
remains on identifying energy patterns and
harnessing beneficial
ones while avoiding the detrimental ones the
goal is to improve
profits, maximize productivity, reduce
stress, increase
employee morale, increase sales and enhance
the overall

Remodeling or
Renovations
Consulting a
Classical Feng Shui expert prior to any remodeling
or renovation project can prevent many
headaches in the future.
Remodeling or renovations of a home,
office or retail space
requires the elimination or addition
of parts of the structure. This
changes the inherent energy patterns
of a space, "cause and effect”.
The assistance of a trained
professional during the design phase
can provide direction in the use of
Classical Feng Shui principles to enhance the spaces benevolent
energy patterns and avoid creating or increasing negative patterns.

Architectural Reviews/New
Home Design
When Classical Feng Shui
principles are applied to the design process the energy patterns of
the entire project can be optimized. The blue prints, land
formation, placement of the building on the land and surrounding

Landscape
Classical
Feng Shui for landscapes is a technology of its own with
formulae that address only exteriors. Just as the location of
plants, water features and pathways in a landscape have an impact on
the esthetics of a space, they also have an influence on the type of
energy patterns created. They can obstruct or enhance energy
patterns in the external environment. Since all energy in a building
comes from the exterior, this can have a direct impact on the
internal environment. Prices vary according to

Annual
Updates
Annual updates can be a way of staying on top of our environments.
Life is not stagnate and neither are our environments. Family
dynamics change, business goals change, lifestyles change. For these
reasons and more some individuals prefer to have an update conducted
annually to assure they are achieving the most from their

Review of Future Home or
Business
The purchase of Real Estate is the largest investment many
of us will ever make. Why leave it to chance? A Pre-Purchase Review
can help you make an educated choice by providing an overall
compatibility chart of the building in question based on
Classical Feng Shui principles. While it is
always BEST to evaluate property on-site, it
is understandable that it may not be prudent to do so in this
situation as more than one building may be under consideration. In
an effort to eliminate unacceptable candidates an evaluation can be
made based on a compass direction you provide along with floor
plans. The internet and virtual tours can also be incorporated.
Initial
consultation to determine the three best case scenarios of door
direction, bedroom sector and kitchen locations. Review of

Out-of-town
Consultations
Rochel is available for out-of-town consultations She has
worked with clients throughout the
United
States and
Canada. A deposit
is required, in addition to travel costs such as airline ticket,
rental car and hotel room for out-of-town clients. Expenses are the
responsibility of the client and shall be paid in
advance.

floor plan or blueprint of your home, office or business (11”X17”
Maximum.) If you don't
have a floor plan, allow extra time for one to be drawn during your
appointment.
Year of construction
(also year of any major reconstruction or additions).
Birth dates of permanent occupants of your
residence or of your management
team.
Answers to a
questionnaire provided by

To Expect:

will complete a questionnaire together to determine your goals and
